Delivery and return terms

GENERAL PROVISIONS

These rules of purchase and sale (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are a binding legal document that establishes the rights and obligations of You (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) and Goda Juknelytė (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), as well as the procedure for purchasing, paying for, delivering or returning goods.

We reserve the right to change, supplement or amend these Rules.

RETURN POLICY

The procedure for returning goods is established in accordance with Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 29 June 2001.

return and exchange rules, which state that high-quality perfumery and cosmetic products are non-exchangeable goods.

The Buyer ( user ) has the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase and sale of goods concluded in the online store with the Seller (Goda Juknelytė IV certificate No. 744927), by notifying the Seller in writing within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods.

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase and sale of goods with the Seller only if the goods are of good quality, have not been damaged and their appearance has not substantially changed .

DATA POLICY

By clicking the " Order " button, the Buyer confirms that he and his representatives (the Buyer has the consent of his representatives) agree to provide the Seller with his personal data and do not object to the Seller processing the personal data provided by the Buyer and (or) his representatives for the purposes of identifying the Buyer and (or) his representatives, concluding and executing contracts (online shopping), and for direct marketing. The Seller indicates that the Seller will not process the personal codes of the Buyer (if the Buyer is a natural person) and his representatives for the purpose of direct marketing.

By clicking the " Order " button, the Buyer confirms that he (if the Buyer is a natural person) and his representatives are informed of his right to access his personal data processed by the Seller and how it is processed, to demand correction, destruction of his personal data or suspension of processing of his personal data when the data is processed in violation of the provisions of the law, and to object to the processing of his personal data.

By clicking the " Order " button, the Buyer confirms that he and his representatives are aware that they have the right to refuse to provide their personal data, but understand that personal data is necessary and necessary to unambiguously identify the Buyer and (or) his representatives for the purposes of concluding and executing contracts (online trading) and that without providing personal data and (or) consenting to their processing for the purposes specified above, he will not be able to conclude and (or) execute the contract.
